How it works for your shop
Register and get verified
Sign up with your UAE trade licence and your shop details. Our team reviews them before your shop goes live, so every shop a buyer sees on Spareo is a real, licensed business.
Set your coverage
Choose the brands, the part categories, the specific parts you keep on the shelf, and the regional specs you handle — GCC, plus any non-GCC market you deal in. That is the filter that decides which requests reach you, and you can change it whenever your stock changes.
Reply “I have it” with a price
Matching requests arrive in your inbox with the car, the part and any photos the buyer added. If you have it, reply with your price and a short note. If you do not, say so — an honest answer keeps your shop’s standing high.
Close the deal and get paid
The buyer’s number is revealed the moment you reply. Agree the price and handover in chat, then take your money directly from the buyer. No money for the part passes through Spareo.
What it costs
We do not earn from your parts. We earn from a small charge for replying, and from an optional monthly plan — and that is the whole picture.
No commission on the part
Not a percentage, not a listing fee, not a cut of the sale. Whatever price you and the buyer agree on, you keep all of it.
Replies cost reply tokens
Each reply spends a small number of reply tokens from your balance, so you only ever spend on requests you actually want to win. Receiving a request and reading it is free, and passing on it costs nothing.
A monthly plan makes replies free
On a monthly plan your replies are included at no extra cost, and your shop gets priority placement in the list buyers see. There are two tiers: Standard for a steady flow of requests, and Pro for shops replying all day.

Every verified shop starts on a free trial, so you can see the real requests coming in for your brands before you pay for anything.
Exact token and plan prices are shown in the app before you pay anything, and they can change over time — so we do not print numbers here that could be out of date by the time you read them.
